Some good words to know

These words are used for the different developmental stages of human life. I think it worth to know them : )
A baby,  a toddler, a child, a teenager, a young adult, a middle-aged person and pensioner.

This picture shows the stages clearly.

Relative Clauses

Relative Clauses
Yesterday, I had micro-teaching in Methods of Teaching English course. The lesson was about relative clauses. I have got a good mark : )
I would like to share part of it with you. n_n
What is a relative clause?
A relative clause is a part of a sentence which tells us more about the subject of the sentence.
In a relative clause, use who for people and which/that for things.
There are some examples:
  • An elephant is a very big animal that/which lives in Africa.
  • Watches are things that/which tell us the time.
  • A news reader is a person who reads the news on TV.
  • A dentist is a person who looks after your teeth.
